
What is coaching?
Coaching gives you the opportunity to identify your life goals (business/ career, health, relationships, etc) and work towards achieving them in a realistic way. Coaching will concentrate on now and how to become the best version of yourself now, that will create a better future. The benefit of working with a coach, like in any sport, is that will put you towards the path to success in a faster way.
Mindset coaching
Mindset coaching will focus on changing and eliminating your self beliefs and behaviour patterns that are not useful anymore to you, to allow you to be the best version of yourself.
What is NLP (Neuro linguistic programming)?
NLP can be described as an instruction manual for the mind, your personal computer.
Neuro is the nervous system with all the five senses (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, olfactory and gustatory)
Linguistics is our language and any non verbal communication, like pictures, sounds, feelings, tastes and smells; the way we communicate with others and ourselves.
Programming represents how we perceive our mind and the way our past events, beliefs and feelings affect our lives.
What is NLP Coaching?
During a NLP coaching session we will involve both the unconscious and conscious mind to ensure full inclusion. The benefit of working with the unconscious mind, is that we can change the patterns of how we are doing things, giving you long lasting changes.
Unconscious mind represents 95% of our mind and is our beliefs and values, emotions, habits, fears and long term memory. Records our behaviours and habits and it behaves like a hard drive.
Conscious mind is creative and imaginative. It’s our will power, behaviour, short term memory and logical thinking. And it functions only 5% from the total of our mind.
That is why NLP is concentrating on making changes at the unconscious level, where changes will be permanent.
NLP coaching can be used in accepting change, anger management, career and commitment issues, eliminating limiting beliefs, communicating emotions, self-esteem, work life balance, motivation, confidence, imposter syndrome, sabotaging yourself, difficulties in making decisions, feeling not good enough, phobias and much more.

That I will respect your model of the world, that I believe in you that you have all necessary resources to succeed and that you are in charge of your mind and therefore your results. At the same time, you will get straight feedback and I will push you to get the results that you wish for.
How do coaching sessions work?
All my coaching sessions and programs are bespoke and will set them up together in our first conversation. We can do online sessions or for the bigger programs that I offer, at a different location, so that you have full immersion in creating your future.
Time Line Therapy™
Time Line Therapy™ (TLT) is one of the advanced, most powerful NLP techniques that will allow you to get rid of the major 5 negative emotions- anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt. We think of past events that hurt us and we need closure. We get that closure sometimes, when we are learning something from the event and then the negative emotion or limiting belief disappears. If there is no closure, we will find ourselves in a loop of similar events, until maybe at some point we will get that learning.
Once we have the learning/ lesson, we can move on, and that past will no longer interact with the present. Time Line Therapy™ will help you learn easily, while preserving and getting rid of the past negative emotions and producing a long- lasting transformation within you. You will still feel all future emotions, however without any outbursts or surcharge from the past and this is one of the TLT’s beauties.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT); Matrix Reimprinting
Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping)- will stimulate through tapping your acupressure points in helping you deal with limiting beliefs, trauma, stress and anxiety. Matrix reimprinting will help you connect with your past trauma and core beliefs and enables you with the help of EFT to transform them into supportive platforms for your future life. As per Karl Dawson, the inventor of Matrix reimprinting, EFT is like watching a movie, while matrix reimprinting is like being in a play. Both are powerful modalities to heal past hurdles and creating a better future for yourself.
Hypnotherapy
According to Milton Erickson, hypnosis is a state of intensified attention and receptiveness to an idea or set of ideas. Hypnosis is a change of state of awareness and increased relaxation that allows for improved focus and concentration. We use 95% of our time with the unconscious mind that has our beliefs and values, emotions, habits, long term memory. One of the ways to access our unconscious mind is through hypnotherapy.
